Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

Thank you for supporting Tenkai Supply.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below:

1. Full Payment Upfront

All pre-orders require full payment at checkout to secure your item.

2. Production & Delivery Time

Pre-order products are not ready to ship immediately.
Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page. These dates may change due to supplier or courier delays, but we will communicate updates if timelines shift.

3. Shipping

Once dispatched, shipping times follow our standard delivery policy. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellations or refunds are only allowed if the item has not yet gone into production or if we cannot fulfill the order.

5. Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.

6. Product Changes

Colours, print placement, and minor design details may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
